Applications recommended for approval by the North Carolina Governor’s Institute review committee will be considered for funding up to $24,000 for the two year grant period. Grant funds may not be used to cover indirect costs. Grants will awarded based on the overall scientific and technical merit of the proposal as determined by the review committee, the Public Policy Scholars programmatic needs and balance, and the availability of funds.
